More and more players are adding talents in the national arena as 21 volleybelles from Western Visayas are joining the 2021 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Open Conference today, July 20, at the PCV Socio Civic and Cultural Center in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte.
Passi City pride and outside hitter Aiza Maizo-Pontillas will join middle blocker Dell Juanico Palomata of Aklan, and opposite hitter Jonah Sabete Escalante City, Negros Occidental in Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors.
They will be joined by former Central Philippine University (CPU) Golden Lions Glaudine Trongcoso, along with Ilongga beach volleyball pair Dhannylaine Mae Demontaño and Jackielyn Estoquia.
Guimaras native and opposite hitter Jovelyn Gonzaga will unite with Ilongga outside hitters Nerissa Bautista and Jeannie delos Reyes in the Black Mamba-Army Lady Troopers.
Iloilo and Bacolod will comprise the Choco Mucho Flying Titans. Middle blocker Shannen Palec (Iloilo), libero Dancel Dusaran (Bacolod), and outside hitter Kassandra Marie Gequillana (Bacolod) will play for the team.
It will be a solid lineup for Bali Pure Purest Water Defenders as it will be headed by Bacolodnon open hitter Patty Jane Orendain and Pontevedra, Negros Occidental-native middle blocker Geneveve Casugod.
PLDT Home Fibr Power Hitters will be bannered by La Carlota, Negros Occidental-native opposite hitter Christine Joy Soyud and Talisay City, Negros Occidental-based middle blocker Katherine Villegas.
Bingawan, Iloilo’s outside hitter Fiola Ceballos will join Cignal HD Spikers, looking to share talents with Bacolodnon setter Maria Arielle Estrañero. Creamline Cool Smashers, on the other hand has Bacolodnon outside hitter Fille Cainglet-Cayetano.
Iloilo will be dominating the Perlas Spikers with opposite hitter Roma Joy Doromal while Cherry Tiggo 7 Pro Crossovers will bank on opposite hitter Ma. Shaya Adorador of Leon, Iloilo.IMT
