Four graduates from Iloilo City landed in the Top 10 of the March 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).
Jirah Mae Gabo Flores, an alumna of West Visayas State Universty (WVSU), ranked third in the LEPT Secondary Level with a rating of 92.40 percent.
Wenn Irabon Ricaforte of Central Philippine University (CPU) and Cris John Quintila Ludas of WVSU ranked ninth and tenth, respectively.
The CPU graduate got a rating of 91.20 percent while the WVSU alumnus garnered a 91.00 percent rating.
In the Elementary Level, Dyssa Chin Cabanhao Camince, a WVSU alumna, took the tenth spot with a rating of 90.40 percent.
A total 24,819 elementary teachers out of 60,896 examinees and 48,005 secondary teachers out of 102,272 examinees passed the board exam.
