The Bureau of Immigration (BI) is hiring to strengthen border security and improve immigration services. This recruitment aligns with the Bagong Immigration vision, supporting President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Bagong Pilipinas campaign for a more modernized government.

In a press release, Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado stressed the need for skilled individuals to meet the agency’s growing demands.

“We are looking for the best and the brightest—individuals with integrity, commitment, and a strong sense of duty to the nation. Serving in the Bureau of Immigration is more than a career; it is a calling to protect our borders and uphold the law,” said Viado.

The BI is primarily hiring Immigration Officers, who ensure compliance with Philippine immigration laws at entry and exit points. Applicants must have a four-year degree and civil service eligibility.

Other positions include Intelligence Officers, Administrative Aides, and Fingerprint Examiners to support operations.

Viado encouraged both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to apply.

“We need individuals who are ready to make a difference. This is a chance to be part of an institution that plays a vital role in national security and public service,” he said.
