The construction of the third hotel inside Megaworld’s Iloilo Business Park (IBP) in Mandurriao, Iloilo City has officially begun.
The property giant recently broke ground for Belmont Hotel Iloilo, which will add 405 new rooms to the city.
The groundbreaking ceremony was led by Reo Orio IBP estate manager, engineer Daisy Villanueva, IBP head of operations, Jennifer Palmares-Fong, Megaworld Iloilo vice president for sales and marketing, and engineer Rufino Pamaran Jr. Belmont Hotel Iloilo project manager.
The 12-storey hotel is specifically located near the 1.1-kilometer long Festive Walk Parade, just a walking distance from the Iloilo Convention Center and Festive Walk Mall.
It will have its own swimming pool with in-pool lounge, landscaped deck with pool bar and outdoor lounge, fitness center with sauna, function room, and an all-day dining restaurant.
Belmont Hotel Iloilo is scheduled to open in 2023.
The first two hotels in the 72-hectare township are Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo.IMT
