Gorriceta wants Sullano to keep post as PCL-Iloilo president

Iloilo Second District Representative Michael Gorriceta wants to retain Santa Barbara Sangguniang Bayan (SB) Member Ramon “Monsik” Sullano as president of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL-Iloilo Chapter).

In an exclusive interview, Gorriceta said Sullano sa proven himself worthy as president and capable of carrying out beneficial programs and activities.

“Status quo ako for SB Monsik Sullano for PCL-Iloilo Capter president. Namangkot-mangkot ako sa mga SB members. So far, wala ako may nabatian na negative sa iya,” he told IMT News.

In 2019, Gorriceta nominated Sullano for the position and the latter won against New Lucena SB Member Isabelo Accolador.

“Ako na ang nagnominate sa iya kay nagpromise siya sa akon na mangin active ang league sang PCL and damuon niya programs and activities during his term as president. So far, wala ya ako ginfail and most especially ang mga members of the league,” shared Gorriceta.

The PCL-Iloilo Chapter president sits as an ex-officio member of the Provincial Board.IMT
