The city ranked eighth with a safety index of 58.9, followed by Pattaya, Thailand (54.9) and Johor Bahru, Malaysia (49.1).
The number 1 spot was occupied by Chiang Mai, Thailand with a safety index of 76.5, followed by Singapore, Singapore (76.5).
Davao City came in third with 72.5, followed by Penang, Malaysia (68.7), Hanoi, Vietnam (64.0), Makati City (61.3), and Bangkok, Thailand (60.2).
