Iloilo Business Park plays host to the highly anticipated Iloilo Bike Festival for the 8th consecutive year, in partnership with the Iloilo City Government.

Dubbed as “#BikeKaNaman sa Iloilo City,” the 2023 edition of one of the biggest cycling events in the country will start its series of activities and celebrations this July 23.

The week-long celebration will run exclusively at the Iloilo Business Park, guaranteeing an action-packed experience filled with its extensive lineup of adrenaline-filled events.

On July 23, visitors can join and compete at the Circuit Blitz, a high-octane cycling event scheduled for the whole day starting at 5am. In this race, cyclists will tackle a challenging circuit course, showcasing their skills and speed as they compete for victory.

At 3pm, visitors will be treated to a heart-thumping showcase of gravity-defying freestyle mastery at the Iloilo BMX Showdown as they watch talented riders perform breathtaking stunts.

The official launch and opening ceremonies for the Iloilo Bike Festival will take place on July 24 at 10am.

In addition, the Pedal with Purpose event is a special talk that allows visitors and cyclists to learn more about biking, safety practices, and gain valuable insights from experts sharing tips and experiences.

It will be followed by a special clinic to be held on July 28 for beginners and experienced cyclists to learn the essentials of cycling, bike maintenance, and safety practices from certified instructors at the Bike Basics 101.

On July 29, the community will come together at 3pm for the Iloilo Fun Ride – an adventure that brings riders of all ages together to enjoy a fun-filled ride across Iloilo City and experience the joy of cycling in the company of fellow enthusiasts.

Following the fun ride will be the awarding ceremony for contest winners and the closing programs at 6pm.

On the last day of the festivity, cyclists will have the chance to join the iconic Tour de Iloilo. Races will take place at 4am, 6am, and 11am. The Tour de Iloilo gives cyclists the opportunity to push the boundaries of speed and endurance as they test their limits on the open road.

Furthermore, kids can take center stage from 6am – 2pm at the Kiddie Bike Bash, where young riders can showcase their skills and enthusiasm in a special race designed just for them.

Throughout the week-long event, cyclists and visitors can refuel with a tasty selection of snacks and treats at the Bike n’ Bite food fair from 2pm to 10pm. The fair will feature an extensive array of vendors offering savory delights and thirst-quenching refreshments – the perfect fuel for nonstop adventures.

Moreover, visitors will have the chance to explore a showcase of the finest two-wheel rides from across the globe and marvel at their designs, technologies, and innovations at the Wheels of Wonder bike exhibit during mall hours.

Along with breathtaking displays, visitors and enthusiasts can browse from a wide selection of high-quality bikes, components, and accessories at the Gear Exchange Market. Patrons will be sure to find the perfect gear to enhance their cycling experience, with experts on hand to assist in making the right choice.
