Iloilo province to send P2.5-M cash aid to Ulysses-hit areas

The Iloilo Provincial Government will send cash aid worth P2.5 million to five provinces devastated by Typhoon Ulysses.

The provinces of Marinduque, Albay, Cagayan, Camarines Norte, and Catanduanes will receive P500,000 each.

Governor Arthur Defensor Jr. said documents needed for the release of the cash assistance are now being processed.

The provincial government, according to Defensor, is also accepting in-kind donations for typhoon survivors.IMT
