The province and city of Iloilo will remain under modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) until July 15, 2020.

The extension of MGCQ in Iloilo is contained in a resolution prepared by the government’s COVID-19 task force and approved by President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday night, June 30.

The IATF also retained the MGCQ status of Capiz, Negros Occidental, Bacolod City, Antique, Guimaras, and Aklan.

MGQC is divided into two categories: 

◾Strict local action
    – Iloilo City
    – Iloilo province
    – Bacold City
    – Negros Occidental

◾low risk
    – Guimaras
    – Aklan
    – Antique
