Ilongga beauty queen Tracy Lois Bedua is among the 40 official candidates of this year’s Binibining Pilipinas.
The 25-year-old marine transportation graduate went through a stringent selection process for the 59th edition of the national pageant.
Bedua, a native of Barotac Nuevo town, was crowned Miss Iloilo 2023 – Binibini last month. The beauty pageant was part of the celebration of the Dinagyang Festival.
She is preparing for the Binibining Pilipinas pageant under the beauty camp Kagandahang Flores.
The Top 40 candidates were introduced by Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc (BPCI) on Monday, Feb. 6.
They will vie for three crowns that will make them the Philippines’ representative to the following international pageants: Miss International, Miss Intercontinental, and Miss Globe.
BPCI has yet to reveal the date and venue of the coronation night.IMT
