Following the positive drug test on Gilas Pilipinas naturalized player Justin Brownlee in the Hangzhou, China Asian Games, Ilonggo coaches said the Philippines should always check on their players.
The International Testing Agency (ITA) announced on Oct. 13 that Brownlee’s sample returned an Adverse Analytical Finding for Carboxy-THC, a specified Prohibited Substance, according to the Prohibited List of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). The Sample Collection Authority was the China Anti-Doping Agency.
