Iloilo Metropolitan Times (IMT NEWS) received an award for excellence in the “field of news media” at the first Gawad TASI on Sept. 10, 2019.
Organized by the Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U), the Gawad TASI “promotes and highlights the outstanding contributions of individuals and organizations coming from different sectors of the society which ultimately helped the university in advancing its mandated functions.”
The award was accepted by Iloilo Metropolitan Times IT head Clark Antiquiera from Prof. Pedro Fontanalgo, ISAT U legal officer.
The awarding ceremony was part of the celebration of ISAT U’s 114th founding anniversary.IMT
