The delivery hub of J&T Express at Mc Arthur Drive in Barangay Quintin Salas, Jaro, Iloilo City was robbed by three unidentified men on Wednesday night, March 1.
The armed suspects took with them cash amounting to P622,966 as well as ATM cards, identification cards, and mobile phones of six employees.
According to initial investigation, the employees were doing inventory at around 7:3 p.m. when the robbers barged into their building.
The suspects who were wearing bonnets then pointed their guns at those inside and declared a hold-up.
They sped off towards Barangay Tagbak on board a red Suzuki Smash motorcycle.
The Jaro Police Station immediately conducted a hot pursuit operation.
The hub has no security guard and closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras.IMT
