A large facility for cancer patients is being built in Pampanga, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said in his latest vlog.
“Mayroon tayong mga itinatayo na tinatawag specialty hospital. Mayroon ngang isang malaking-malaking cancer specialty hospital na nasimulan na sa Pampanga,” said Marcos Jr.
The President also reiterated his commitment to improving healthcare and increasing the number of health facilities in the country.
“Maglalagay din po tayo sa mga iba’t ibang lugar para nga kagaya ng sinasabi mo, hindi na kayo mahirapan na kahit malalayo ay kailangan dadalhin lahat dito sa Maynila,” according to him.
Marcos Jr. made the remarks in response to a message sent to him by a certain Maria, one of the well-wishers who greeted him during his birthday last week, who requested additional benefits for cancer patients,.
She asked the chief executive to help patients find medical treatment without having to go to Metro Manila.IMT
