Megaworld has launched its 6th residential development inside the P72-hectare Iloilo Business Park (IBP) in Mandurriao district, Iloilo City.

The Pinnacle, a 20-storey residential condominium tower, will add 574 residential units to the current 1,741 units inventory in the high-end township.

Iloilo City, particularly IBP, remains to be an attractive location for property investments, according to Jennifer Palmares-Fong, vice president for sales and marketing of Megaworld.

“Since we started selling our first residential condo tower here in 2013, prices per square meter have already more than doubled. Those who bought a P3-million unit with a size of 40 square meters seven years ago would see their property appreciating to P6.8 million today,” she said.

Targeted for completion by 2026, The Pinnacle is expected to generate P1.5 billion in sales.

The property’s amenities include a lap pool and kiddie pool, fitness center, outdoor fitness area, function room, outdoor lounge, daycare center, children’s play area, jogging path, private dining room, and an atrium garden.

It will also have a three-level podium parking facility with its own driver’s lounge.

The existing residential condominium towers in IBP are One Madison Place, Lafayette Park Square, The Palladium, Saint Honore and Saint Dominique.IMT
