A 50-year-old cook and baker from Barangay Mansaya, Lapuz, Iloilo City could not help but cry upon receiving a “pasasalamat package” from MORE Power.
Janneth Dela Cruz, MORE Power’s 100,000th customer, received appliances, baking supplies, groceries, gift certificates, and cash worth P100,000.
The package was personally delivered by the power firm’s team, led by Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Affairs Cristina Cabalhin, to Dela Cruz’s home.
“Maraming-maraming salamat po, sa dami po namin, ako pa po yung napili. Salamat talaga MORE Power, Salamat din po sa President kay Sir Roel Castro po, salamat po talaga,” Dela Cruz said.
“Mam, you are our 100,000th customer. We wanted to celebrate this milestone with you,” Cabalhin told Dela Cruz.
The lucky customer’s mother, Simonia Gioneo, was equally overwhelmed, acknowledging her daughther’s hard work in supporting their family through cooking and baking.
“Siya lang na gabaka-baka ubra, tatlo man lang kabataan ya. Madamu gid nga Salamat sa MORE Power ilabi na gid sa ila staff, ilabi na gid sa nagdul-ong,” she shared.
In just over four years since taking over as the city’s distribution utility in February 2020, MORE Power has achieved a remarkable cumulative growth rate of approximately 59.8%, expanding its customer base from over 62,000 to 100,000.
This milestone reflects the company’s firm commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence, which has been driven by innovative, customer-centric programs like the MORE Konek Program.
“Our growth is a testament to the trust and support we’ve built within the Iloilo community,” said MORE Power president and CEO Roel Castro.
“We are dedicated to enhancing our services and ensuring that our customers feel valued every step of the way,” he emphasized.IMT
