The multi-level parking building is now 84 percent complete, according to Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor Jr.
The construction of the parking facility worth worth P185.19 million is part of the Iloilo Provincial Capitol Complex Redevelopment Project.
Situated along Bonifacio Drive in Iloilo City, the building has six floors and each floor can accomodate 28 to 38 cars.
DCMS Trading and Construction has been undertaking the construction since 2018.
Due to the slow construction, Defensor said the provincial goverment is looking at the possibility of terminating its contract with DCMS due to construction delay.
The entire redevelopment project was supposed to be done in June last year.IMT
