Nissan Philippines, the sole national sales company of the Japanese carmaker in the country, kicked off its Intelligent Mobility Tour at SM City Iloilo on Friday, March 3.
The three-day tour aims to introduce exceptional product variants — Nissan Terra and Nissan Kicks e-POWER — which have sculpted body with modern lines and form.
The new Terra’s stunning design reflects grand adventures and a refined driving experience while Kicks e-Power is an innovation in mobility that harnesses the power of electricity to give you a new and exhilarating way to drive. Kicks e-Power is also a 100 percent electric motor-driven system that has a gasoline engine that acts as a power generator to charge the battery of the electric motor.
Nissan Intelligent Mobility is a suite of advanced safety features developed by Nissan to make driving a safer and smarter experience, and it encompasses three core areas of innovation:
- First is the Nissan Intelligent Driving which helps give drivers more confidence through enhanced safety, control and comfort.
- Second is the Nissan Intelligent Power which makes driving more exciting by continuing to reduce emissions and increase fuel economy.
- Third is the Intelligent Integration that keeps drivers more connected by conveniently linking Nissan cars to the wider society.
Nissan Philippines Assistant General Manager for Sales Mr. Antonio “Binggoy” Mauricio, Jr. and Nissan Iloilo Dealer Principal Ceazar Anthony Ang also explained how the products will satisfy the Ilonggos.
“This is one of the tours we have in the country and we want our customers to experience these new products with amazing features. These are already out in the market and in selected countries,” he said.
Ang, who handles the Iloilo market, said that they are excited to offer the latest innovations of Nissan and he’s inviting all Ilonggos to visit the store and check it for themselves.
“Mga Ilonggos, kadto kamo sa amon store and you can see personally the newest products of Nissan along with other recently launched vehicles,” he added.
Meanwhile, the tour also allowed public and potential costumers to experience Nissan’s products like its Livana, which is a spacious seven-seater decked with the latest safety technology and built for an enjoyable and comfortable drive.
It also displayed the brand’s classic favorites, like the Nissan Navara and Terra which have stunning designs that reflect “grand adventures and refined driving experience.”
During the tour, customers got the chance to test drive the brand’s products, and learned more about the Nissan Intelligent Mobility technology, including the recently introduced e-POWER through interactive displays and augmented reality during the tour.
According to Nissan Philippines President Juan Manuel Hoyos, the Nissan Intelligent Mobility Tour allows them to engage more customers and give them an opportunity to experience the products like the All-New Lavina, which is a reliable vehicle featuring Nissan’s signature style and comfort perfect for young, on-the-go families.IMT
