Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos has urged Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy to come out of hiding.
“Kung talagang wala siyang kasalanan, harapin niya ‘to at huwag siyang matakot dito,” said Abalos.
“Para matapos na lahat, let’s face the court, Pastor Quiboloy.”
A Pasig City court ordered Quiboloy’s arrest for qualified human trafficking in April 2024.
The Davao City Regional Trial Court also issued an arrest warrant for child and sexual abuse charges against him.
The Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder has been hiding since then.
The Philippine National Police failed to serve a warrant of arrest to Quiboloy in Davao City on June 10.
Another attempt was made last Saturday, Aug. 25.
Search operations continue to take place within the KOJC compound.IMT
