Anti-drug operations conducted in Iloilo City in February this year resulted in the seizure of shabu worth approximately P8.4 million.
According to the Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO), a total of 51 anti-drug operations were carried out last month.
The operations also led to the arrest of 64 suspects, including 14 high-value individuals.
Police Colonel Kim Legada, ICPO director, lauded the efforts of station commanders and police personnel and vowed no let up in their crackdown on illegal drugs.
“The Iloilo City Police Office will not waver in its mission. We will hunt you down, dismantle your operations, and bring you to justice,” he said.
“There is no place for drugs in our city,” Legada stressed.IMT
