President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has urged the nation to support farmers and the agricultural sector.

At the distribution of Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage in Pampanga, Marcos Jr. called for stronger efforts to bolster agriculture.

The administration, through the Department of Agrarian Reform, distributed 30 CLOAs to 28 ARBs and 2,939 COCROMs to 2,487 to land reform beneficiaries.

Marcos Jr. also announced the condoning of P206.38 million in farmers’ debts, covering amortization, interest, and other surcharges.

This government initiative aims to strengthen the agriculture sector and improve the living conditions of Filipino farmers, he furthered.IMT
