The aggressive campaign of the Police Regional Office (PRO-6) against illegal drugs resulted in the confiscation of millions of pesos worth of shabu and other illegal substances in the last five months.
From June 1 to October 31 this year, (PRO-6) seized illegal drugs amounting to P185.9 million in various operations in Western Visayas.
Also part of the anti-drug campaign is the conduct of drug tests on their personnel to make sure that no one is using illegal drugs.
Of the more than 13 thousand PRO-6 personnel, three tested positive for illegal drug use.
