Facebook (FB) users in Iloilo have expressed alarm over the existence of their dummy accounts.

Ilonggo netizens started uploading on Sunday, June 7, the screenshots of blank FB accounts bearing their names.

The proliferation of duplicate accounts was first flagged by Tug-ani, the official student publication of the University of the Philippines-Cebu, a CNN Philippines report said.

“This came following the arrest last Friday, June 5, of some students who joined an anti-terrorism bill protest in Cebu,” the report further said.
