Leading international higher education directory and search engine uniRank has named the University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) the top university in Western Visayas in its 2023 rankings.
The ranking was based on the university’s web presence and popularity, measured through its estimated traffic, domain trust or authority, and quality link popularity.
Central Philippine University (CPU) ranked 2nd, followed by West Visayas State University (WVSU), Iloilo Science and Technology University ranked, University of St. La Salle in Bacolod, John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University, Aklan State University, University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos, University of San Agustin, and University of Iloilo – PHINMA.
UPV’s national ranking is currently 34th.
