Passengers traveling through the Iloilo International Airport are not required to present their COVID-19 vaccination cards and to wear face masks.
Art Parreño, airport terminal supervisor, said there is no need for passengers to prove that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
The wearing of face masks at the airport in the town of Cabatuan also remains optional, he added.
The province and city of Iloilo are currently under Alert Level 1, the lowest of the government’s 5-tier COVID-19 alert level system.
Based the April 26 bulletin released by the Department of Health (DOH-6), the province has 833 active COVID-19 cases while the city has 128 active infections.IMT
